Terms & Conditions

1. Introduction

These Terms & Conditions govern your use of services and purchase of products from Cherish Perennial.

2. Products

We specialize in women’s cosmetic products.
Product descriptions and images are for reference; slight variations may occur.

3. Pricing & Payments

All prices are listed in INR and may change without notice.
Payments must be completed before order processing.
We use secure payment gateways.

4. Orders & Cancellation

Orders are confirmed only after successful payment.
Cancellation is allowed before dispatch only.
Once shipped, orders cannot be cancelled.

5. No refund policy.

And replacement in case of damaged product within 3-5 working days.

Note: Need proper proof and images of the damaged product and after proper verification from the company side, replacement will be shipped.

6. Shipping Policy: Order will be shipped and delivered in 3-5 working days.

Return Policy: Only return in case of transit damage. Returns for other reasons are not applicable. Order can be returned within 7 days of receiving.

7. Use of Products

Products are for personal use only.
We are not responsible for allergic reactions; please check ingredients before use.

8. Intellectual Property

All content, branding, and materials belong to Cherish Perennial and cannot be reused without permission.

9. Limitation of Liability

We are not liable for:

Indirect or consequential damages
Delays beyond our control
Misuse of products

10. Governing Law

These terms are governed by the laws of India. Any disputes will be subject to jurisdiction in Thane, Maharashtra.
